"This was my first time switching to State Farm after being with the same insurance company for years, and I had a great experience. I worked with Whittney, their Account Representative, throughout the entire process, and she was wonderful to work with.
She was personable, knowledgeable, and really took her time with me. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions, gave me plenty of options, and helped me understand the different types of coverage available. She was also incredibly prompt about getting information and documents to me whenever I needed them.
I haven't had to actually use my insurance yet, so I can't speak to the claims side of things, but as far as getting everything set up and making the switch, Whittney made the whole process easy and was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated her help!"
